Parent/Teacher Conferences are an important communication tool for us at Saint Joseph Montessori Children's Center.  No classes are held on these two days so that the staff may take the time to report your child's progress to you personally.  (We appreciate you honoring our request to attend one of these two dates).  Parents will be contacted by a teacher to schedule your specific conference time.

Fall Parent/Teacher Conference Dates: November 24th (1:00-7:00 pm) & 25th (8:00 am-3:00 pm)

Working parents will be given priority when scheduling the later conference times.


Parents of Kindergarten students will have a second conference in February, 2009.  Parents will be contacted in January to schedule your afternoon conference date.

Written Progress Reports are given out at the November parent conferences.  A second Written Progress Report is mailed to parents at the end of the school year.

***Although the Parent/Teacher Conferences have been scheduled in November for all parents and in February for Kindergarten parents, we understand that changes take place in your child's life throughout the school year.  Please keep us informed as to any information you think we should know.  We will be happy to set up a Parent/Teacher Conference when changes occur.
